Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Your Social Security Number- NOT required to enter this into the application
  • Current pay stubs for last 30 days
  • 2 years of full Federal Tax Returns with W2s/ other income forms
  • Bank statements for the past two months include all page numbers-cannot be screen shots - must be a copy of actual statement.
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Retirement account statements for the past Three months include all page numbers
  • Year, Make and model of vehicles you own
  • child support 6 month history from the CSEA  
  • Self-Employed may also need K1, personal and business tax returns
  • Condominium Association Name/Tel number
  • Divorce Decree

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information with full loan number
  • Home insurance policy information
  • Real Estate Taxes
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
